Jose Sánchez Rodríguez is Dragon Trail’s Associate Director – Market Development, with a special focus on Europe and Latin America. Having lived in China for five years, Jose has a solid background on the Chinese market and is a fluent Mandarin speaker. Prior to joining Dragon Trail, Jose worked at the Spanish Embassy – Tourism Section in Beijing, and was responsible for tracking and analyzing Chinese tourism to Spain. With an early interest in China, Jose has conducted extensive research on China-EU relations, as well as on Chinese outbound tourism.

Jose has a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad de Granada, a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and a Master’s Degree in International Tourism from EOI Business School.
