Roy Graff, Managing Director – EMEA for Dragon Trail, will speak on the Innovation Plug panel at ETOA’s Digital City Visitor Conference in London on Tuesday, 12 June, 2018. As part of a day-long conference focusing on the digital visitor experience of destinations, and organized in conjunction with City Fair 2018, the Innovation Plug panel is a quick-fire look at what’s new in travel technology and how these innovations could help destinations and travel businesses.
Roy will speak about disruptive innovation from the Chinese market and how it will impact travel technology in Europe, looking at technology from in-destination digital services and mobile payments, to personalization and partnership opportunities with Chinese OTAs. He will be joined by Max Jolly, Founder and CEO of Arcspire, and Adam Buckmaster, Head of Product Development at Open Destinations, who will speak about new technology for travel marketing and itinerary planning, respectively. The panel will be followed by a Q&A session.
