About the event
Since the start of 2017, Dragon Trail Interactive has collected weekly data on official WeChat accounts for overseas tourism boards, airlines and cruise lines. This allows us for the first time to understand what kinds of strategies and content resonates best with WeChat’s 963 million monthly users.

In this edition of our monthly webinar series, we will review our first full year of data, identifying the winning travel brands, top posts and most successful strategies – from nature photography and national anniversary celebrations, to celebrity endorsements and sales promotions. The webinar complements Skift’s report “WeChat Marketing Strategies for Global Travel Brands 2018” on our 2017 WeChat data, released on 23rd January 2018.

In addition to providing insights into which destinations, travel activities and companies are most popular on WeChat, we will cover how WeChat is used by consumers for travel content, and the newest WeChat policies. The webinar is a must for anyone in the travel industry who is creating or assessing their own Chinese digital marketing strategy.

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session. Registration is required to access this free webinar, and a copy of the presentation will be shared with you.
