At ITB China in May 2026, Dragon Trail launched our first AI-enhanced travel trade marketing hub, for the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board. The new function radically improves Chinese travel agents’ access to LA’s B2B resources, with a more interactive experience to empower product design and sales, and ultimately drive higher arrivals from China to Los Angeles.

LATCB’s WeChat-based Trade Marketing Hub already offered a wealth of knowledge and resources to Chinese travel agents, including four courses, 53 mini products, a knowledge base with 1,600+ Q&As, photos, videos, brochures, a newsroom, webinars, and more. But the search function was limited to Q&A content, relied on exact keyword matching, and displayed single, isolated knowledge points – agents would need to read and manually piece together information from separate entries. Now, travel agents can ask a question using natural language, and the AI will synthesize multiple knowledge points into a single, complete, coherent answer. The AI can then further refine suggestions based on specific details like client profile or travel dates to help travel agencies curate attractions and tailor itineraries.

The AI-enhanced travel trade hub dramatically enhances the usability of LA’s B2B resources for the Chinese market.
