Dragon Trail’s cooperation with the Ctrip (Trip.com Group) Offline Stores School began in November 2025, regularly delivering destination training sessions on behalf of our clients to Ctrip’s offline sales staff across China. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:
November 2025
Our partnership started with a webinar about travel to Georgia in November, co-hosted by Dragon Trail’s representative for Georgian National Tourism Administration and the director of the Ctrip Offline Stores School. The webinar also promoted the Georgia Specialist Program online training platform, offering framed certificates to the first 200 agents to complete the program.
December 2025
In December, we promoted Destination Canada’s new Canada Specialist Program to Ctrip’s offline store travel advisors, with certificates and specialist resources offered to the first 100 agents to complete the training program.
January 2026
We started 2026 with a webinar promoting travel to Poland to Ctrip’s offline store travel advisors. The online event was co-hosted by the Polish Tourist Organization in Beijing and a training specialist from Ctrip, and participating travel agents had the chance to win prizes like Polish beauty products, coffee table books, and Polish Tourism Organization-branded gifts.
Nearly 1,000 employees from Ctrip’s offline stores joined the live webinar, driving around 200 new registrations for the Polish Tourism Organization’s online training course following the session.
